A QHHT session typically consists of four main parts:
Intake and Discussion: The intake process is about 60-90 minutes in length. During this phase, we will discuss your intentions, goals, and any questions or concerns you may have for the session. This discussion helps me understand your needs and guides the session's direction.
Hypnosis Induction: I will use relaxation techniques to induce a deep state of hypnosis in you. This relaxed state allows you to access your subconscious mind more easily, enabling you to explore past lives, connect with your Higher Self, and address specific issues or questions.
Exploration and Healing: With you in a hypnotic state, I guide you through a journey into your subconscious. This is where we will explore past lives, gain insights from your Higher Self, and access deep inner wisdom.
